Introduction
During this period, our work for Downer EDI Engineering involved providing commercial management for a wide range of transmission tower and pole projects across Australia. These projects ranged from a 170km, 330kV transmission tower project for Western Power to a 10km, 500kV project for Xstrata Coal. Our responsibilities included consolidating and submitting all divisional projects’ month-end reports to the executive and acting as the commercial lead for contractual claims, variations, and extensions of time.
