Ulu Jelai Hydro Electric Project, Malaysia

This multi-million euro Hydro Electric project in Malaysia involved the construction of the Susu dam, an underground plant with two Francis turbines, and approximately 26km of hydraulic tunnels. The project’s main contract was a FIDIC Red Book Contract. As the Contracts Manager, our responsibilities included managing both main and subcontractors and leading all claim management and dispute resolution.

This project demonstrates our expertise in managing complex international contracts and large-scale, intricate engineering projects. Our proactive approach to claim management and dispute resolution was crucial in ensuring the project’s successful and timely completion.
