Cluden to Brighouse Bay Gas Pipeline Project

This project consisted of constructing a 50km, 900mm welded steel gas pipeline and two new Block Valves in Dumfries, Scotland. The project, valued at €75 million, was executed under a bespoke Gas Networks Ireland Model contract. Our duties included managing the commercial department, negotiating all adjustment events with the Employer, and handling dispute resolution for both head and subcontracts.

Our comprehensive commercial management and negotiation skills were vital in the successful delivery of this significant gas infrastructure project. We ensured that all contractual obligations were met and that financial risks were effectively managed, leading to a smooth and successful project outcome.
